Star-Studded Attendance: Renowned figures like Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth, Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sunil Bharti Mittal, Anil Ambani, Sachin Tendulkar, and Saina Nehwal have converged in Ayodhya to witness the historic event.

Architectural Marvel: The 380×250 feet temple, constructed in the traditional north-Indian Nagara style, boasts 392 pillars, 44 doors, and intricately carved walls depicting gods and goddesses. The sanctum sanctorum houses the idol of a five-year-old Lord Ram.

Renovations and Infrastructure: Ayodhya, the once-sleepy temple town, has witnessed significant transformations with the establishment of an international airport, a revamped railway station, and a surge in accommodations, marking an anticipated economic upswing.

Political Cold Shoulder: The opening of the Ram Temple, central to a decades-long political saga, has been met with indifference from most opposition parties, including Congress, Left, Trinamool Congress, and the Samajwadi Party.

Shankaracharya Controversy: Controversy surrounds the absence of Shankaracharyas from four premier monasteries, questioning the political undertones and the alleged incompleteness of the temple.

The temple’s construction commenced following a landmark 2019 Supreme Court judgment, allocating the disputed land for the temple and providing an alternate plot for a mosque, concluding a protracted legal battle initiated shortly after Independence. The event stands at the nexus of religious, political, and social dynamics, shaping the narrative of Ayodhya for generations to come.
